HomeServe turned to us when they needed to update a legacy enterprise mobile application to drive better customer service. The app in question was used by engineers throughout the UK to track, complete and report on smart thermostat installations. It was tightly integrated with key systems and performed a number of business-critical workflows.
Working with their service delivery team to understand where improvements would deliver the most value, we designed, built and launched the new app in just three months. To manage risk during launch, the rollout was done in controlled stages, running both the old and new apps in parallel. The new app greatly improved UX, connectivity and data capture to monitor service delivery.
